this may be due to a subscription to Airg (call Telstra they can tell you this), its a link on the bigpond site that once pressed will subscribe you to their service.
if you have and don't want to be charged (because this is a scam) do this:
Call Airg on 1800 235 437 and unsubscribe and make sure you do not say I did this on purpose or you accidently did this.
Once unsubscribed call back Telstra and get a refund they will try to offer you a lower than charged settlement but don't take it. Get the lot refunded (they will do this eventually).
Call or write to consumer affairs and let them know about this scam so Telstra will remove their links from their sites.
